This location worked well for us as it was only minutes from our son and family that live here. It is on a well traveled road but we never had any problems getting in and out of the drive. We walked across the street to a quiet neighborhood where we walked each morning and road our bikes. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and everything you needed to cook a great meal. Washer and dryer and other appliances worked well. There is very minimal furnishings which made the space seem even bigger. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was ok. The best part of the place is the pool and dock area overlooking the canal. We know our way around Cape Coral so had no problem getting to great restaurants and fishing and beach areas. Enjoyed our stay ~ felt like it was home. Would stay again.

Super convenient access to grocery and restaurants nearby. Furnishings and accomodations were on point. Can't wait for next trip!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house feels brand new, so incredibly clean and has beautiful, modern dec. The beds are super comfy and the linens are so soft. Loved the kitchen, had everything we needed and then some! And the outside!!! Heated pool was amazing, huge outdoor dining and relaxing space. Each day we went out to the canal and fed tiurtles, and got to watch otters play in the water! Great view, beautiful location, everything we needed for a laid back, relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!!

We totally enjoyed this residence! It didn't take long to seem at home. Great Location. We loved our morning walks in the neighborhood just south of Diplomat. I enjoyed fishing every morning and night - there are a lot of fish in that canal! We enjoyed the turtles, birds, iguanas, ibis, egrets, and herons. We enjoyed the pool every day. It was a great location to venture out each day - we found a lot of great places to eat. Thanks for a fantastic winter stay. Go Iowa Hawks!
