Location, location, location! We’ve been renting in Cape Coral for 5 years now and this was our favorite house. Spacious, clean, and we loved the pool area and neighborhood, even saw a manatee and dolphin in the canal. We had an issue during our 3 week stay with the pool heater and WiFi going out after a storm, and Tanis on the management team was extremely responsive and quick to get the problems fixed. Very happy with our stay!

The house was extremely spacious. The area and neighborhood was clean and safe. The outside kitchen, pool/hot tub, and dock area were also beautiful. We wanted to fish off the dock but ran out of time.

Beautiful house!
Beautiful house in a beautiful area! We just wish we had known about the pool cage not being there.
