There are plenty of things that you can do in Southwest Florida. One of the most desirable areas of Southwest Cape Coral, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Note: Lanai cage has been replaced and new photos are being taken. Cost for having the pool heated is $25 / day.

Amazing place, has everything youd need, outdoor pool linai great! Area has multiple beaches, stores, great restaurants, and alot of eco-friendly things, just minutes away. Already planning come back and referred to friends. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Beautiful spacious home away from home except better because of the enclosed pool! The bed was comfortable. Close to restaurants, grocery store and various shopping. Loved visiting the close beaches to enjoy the sun and waves. Garage access provided with opener. Safe, well kept neighborhood. Already booked for next year might be back sooner for a summer visit now that we know anll that is provided, and the drive from airport is minimal. See you soon Sunset Point. ????

Beautiful home. Spacious and open floor plan. Great location. Private heated pool was fantastic. Great price for amenities. Will definitely rebook!
